The MuchMusic Video Awards held on June 19 attracted not only celebrities, but also fashionistas. It's not a widely known ceremony... in fact, hadn't it been for Twitter, I wouldn't have known about it. I have been looking for more news about this year's event and there are a few red carpet outfits I would like to share with you today:
I found her outfit inappropriate for an awards show. What she needs to bear in mind is the fact that she's not 16 anymore. She definitely has some growing up to do. She should start dressing up in a more mature and stylish way. These are by no means fancy dresses and cute skirts, after all she's a punk rock girl... but Avril, get rid of those trashy leggings as soon as possible, please.
Even though some people say her style is rather boring, she never fails to amaze me. Selena Gomez is the walking definition of beauty. This time she went for a beige silk and chiffon Burberry dress. To add some colour to her outfit, she paired it with purple peep-toe pumps. Her dress sparked off a lot of controversy, but in my opinion she was the best dressed celebrity & totally rocked the red carpet!
This picture cannot go unmentioned... This outfit is not as beautiful as the previous one, but I bet Justin loved it. What are you looking at, dirty-minded boy?
Another person who appeared on the red carpet was an actor, Johnny Galecki. Ever since I saw him playing Leonard in The Big Bang Theory, I knew he is the sexiest genius ever. However, in this photo he looks rather like a homeless man asking the others to feed him. His hair is a greasy mess and he didn't even shave. What happened to that attractive Johnny I know?
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Nikki Reed is a pretty woman. Even though her black and white strapless dress is stunning, the top of it should be more fitted cause it makes her breasts look terrible.
What's more, her choice of shoes was a total flop... she wore massive Casadei heels which made her feet look deformed.
And the award for the worst outfit goes to... ladies and gentlemen, Kat Graham. What is she even wearing, a straitjacket? A combination of a straitjacket and a mummy, actually... Even her black wedges can't save this outfit. Her birthday is in September, so listen to me carefully: someone buy her a mirror... AND find a new stylist. Possibly the best gifts she could ever get.
